Add THIS texture on multiply and rub out where the skin and stuff is.
I can't remember who it's by but I think it was from
rainharbour (tell me if I'm wrong)

New colour balance layer
Midtones: +10, -15, -20
Shadows: 0, 0, +9
Highlights: -9, +3, -10

New layer #b91312 set to colour burn 15%

YELLOWS:
+100, +40, -100, +10
CYANS:

I added some brushes and stuff, you ca do what you want with it.. really just depends on your image.
