Today, we are going from
to
Made in Photoshop CS2
Works best with dark images. :D
01. First, we begin with our base. I used Rinoa from Final Fantasy VIII.

02. Pretty dark eh? Screen your base, however much you need. I screened my base 4 times, and my result? This;

03. Now, create a new layer and fill it with #03112e and set it to Exclusion 100%

04. Create another new layer and fill it with #0cd1ca and set it to Exclusion 70% It should now look sort of like this;

05. Quite unattractive eh? Well then, duplicate your base and drag it to the top, setting it to Soft Light, and duplicate that Soft Light layer;

06. Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Channel Mixer*
REDS
Red: +130
Green: -28
Blue: +29
*Note that your Channel Mixer settings depends on your base. XD
And your final result? TADA~
