You will need to download this variation file into your Photoshop files (presets > photoshop actions folder). If you've kept up with my tutorials, you may already have this file downloaded it's aptly named dkgh.

1. Start with this image, which I have already cropped for you. {Original is here.}

2. Duplicate the background Layer {Background Copy}.
Image > Adjustments > Variations
When you get into the Variations dialog box, click on Load.
Select the file named dkgh from your photoshop actions folder located inside of your photoshop presets folder. Click Load and then OK.
Set Background Copy to Lighten and at 60% opacity.

3. Click on your background and duplicate again. This time bring your copy {Background Copy 2} to the top of your palette's list. {screenshot here.}
Image > Adjustments > Auto Color
Image > Adjustments > Auto Contrast
Image > Adjustments > Auto Levels
-->> This will even out all your black and white tones <<--
Set to Overlay at 100% opacity.

4. Use this texture, {from tihana}.
Set to Pin Light at 100% opacity.

5. Use this texture, {from tove_91}.
Set to Lighten at 100% opacity.
