☆Open your base and crop it.

☆On your base, use auto levels (shift+ctrl+L)

☆Go and make a new adjustment layer --> hue/saturation

☆Make another adjustment layer --> selective coloring

REDS:
cyan-> -100
magenta-> 0
yellow-> 100
black-> 0

YELLOWS:
cyan-> -13
magenta-> 0
yellow-> -49
black-> 0

GREENS:
cyan-> 100
magenta-> -100
yellow-> -100
black-> 100

CYANS:
cyan-> 100
magenta-> -100
yellow-> -100
black-> 100

BLUES:
cyan-> 100
magenta-> -100
yellow-> -100
black-> 100

NEUTRALS:
cyan-> 46
magenta-> 0
yellow-> -13
black-> 0

☆Just merge visible and you're done.

a note to those trying it out: i'd recommend a light image. though it does work with some darker images, you'd be better off with something light.
