My First propper tutorial (ps cs2)
We are making this...
Bigger image-
Okay so we will be making this .... 
Okay first Get the image you want and duplicate it, when you have your duplicated one set it to screen.
Then make a new colour layer and fill it with 06032C and set it to exclusion and change it to 55.
Make a new colour layer and fill it with 6EBBDF set it to sofy light and change it to 60.
Again make a new colour colour and fill it with A7FDFE set it to colour burn and change it to 60.
Then dup background layer drag it to the top and set it to multiply and change it to 60.
Last of all go to curves Just set the RGB
Input - 120
Output - 144
change it to 60. Last of but least flatten image.
Result -
I would love to see your results. I hope this was okay for my first try *fingers crossed* :).
