6th tutorial

I made this icon a few days ago, though I really wasn't bothered to type of the tut. xD
So, now I have time because my school bus left me and I have nothing to do for the rest of the day. :D
Here we go! Say hello to Mr. Brody. :D

Alright so let's start with your base. This is a really short tutty by the way!
Sharpen, screen, whatever you guys do to make it pretty as possible. :D
For my icon, I duped my base and set it to screen 36% it'll depend for your icon.
After that I went to Layer>New Adjustment Layer> Curves..
and put in these settings. (You might want to play around with some according to your icon.)
RGB:
1) 237, 225
2) 109, 126
3) 43, 33
RED:
1) 219, 223
2) 143, 123
3) 109, 12
BLUE:
1) 244, 220
2) 132, 149
3) 62, 96
4) 26, 23
end of that!
Now dupe your base, bring it to the top and set it to soft light 100%
Make a fill layer with the color #C3BBB4 and set it to color burn 56% or depending on your icon.
Now for the optional steps:
Add some text.
As for the gradient click the circle on your layer pallet (the one that's half black and half white) and click 'gradient' Make sure you have the color you want for the gradient and I guess you'll know how to go from there. :D Please tell me if this tutorial worked out :D
