PSP X Tutorial (Very Simple and Translatable)
From This:
To This: 
1.) Take This Base:
(Leave Layer Normal 100%)
2.) Take This Layer:
Move it to the right and line it with the edge. (Set Layer to Multiply 100%, then duplicate the layer and set it to Soft Light 100%)
3.) Take This Texture:
(Forgive me, I can't remember who made it, but "I DID NOT") and (Set Layer to Lighten 100%)
4.) Take This Layer:
(Made By Me) Set Layer to Screen 100%. Position the layer as I have it.
YOUR DONE! (Merge All Flatten)
Final Icon:
(NOTE: The second layer of Leighton is transparent on the left side, so if you just copy and paste it as a new layer, it's going to be black edged, so you'll need to save it, for it to be transparent and work right for the tutorial.)
