coloring tutorial - made in pscs3 - not translatable
Get this coloring:

1) Layer>New adjustment layer>Levels>Set to softlight at 55%
RGB: 34 1.45 255
2) Layer>New adjustment layer>Color balance
Midtones: 11 3 -19
Shadows: 0 0 0
Highlights: -24 -9 -17
3) Layer>New adjustment layer>Curves>Set to multiply at 35%
RGB: I 116 O 131
I 146 O 162
Red: I 114 O 129
I 141 O 148
I 171 O 176
Green: I 124 O 137
I 141 O 154
Blue: I 77 O 79
I 128 O 134
I 149 O 158
4) Layer>New adjustment layer>Curves
RGB: I 102 O 114
5) Layer>New adjustment layer>Black&White>Set to softlight at 100%
Reds: -29
Yellows: 66
Greens: 68
Cyans: 96
Blues: 60
Magentas: 80
6) Layer>New fill layer>#e3dfdf>Set to Softlight at 35%
7) Layer>New fill layer>#d5cfcf>Set to color burn at 35%
8) CTRL+A to select all then press Shift+Ctrl+E after that press CTRL+v to paste
9) Layer>Duplicate layer
10) Filter>Other>High pass>10>Set to softlight between 55-100%
11) Layer>New fill layer>#241905>Set to exclusion at 100%
12) Duplicate the last layer and set the opacity to 25%
13) Repeat step 8 and set this layer to softlight at 25%
14) Layer>New adjustment layer>Selective color
Reds: -13 0 17 0
Yellows: -4 0 -38 0
Whites: 14 0 -17 -20
