Fight Club Icon Tutorial
Start off with your screencap of 100 x 100
I duplicated the layer three times and set each of the layer to Screen 100%
Then I set this texture to Darken 100% (made by ? but I'm near sure it's by
ownthesunshine)Next I made a Hue/Lightness/Saturation layer
H - -1
S - +23
L - +11
Then I made a curves Layer
RGB
Point 1: Input - 193 Output - 190
Point 2: Input - 136 Output - 132
Point 3: Input - 79 Output 66
Red
Point 1: Input - 174 Output - 159
Point 2: Input - 147 Output - 152
Point 3: Input - 104 Output - 128
Blue
Point 1: Input - 164 Output - 164
Point 2: Input - 120 Output - 118
Next I made a colour fill layer set to exclusion filled with #030915
Then a colour Balance layer
Midtones: +14, 0 -17
Shadows: -24, 0, +15
Highlights: -16, 0, +26
Another Hue/Saturation/Lightness Layer
H - 0
S - +10
L - +5
Then I duplicated the base bringing it to the top of the layers and setting it to Screen at 35%
Final touch, this texture set to Colour Burn at 69% (made by ?, although I'm near sure it's
ownthesunshine)And twalla
