Help With Pink And Blue Colouring

Hello everyone, I've been looking fo some PS icon tuts involving addings soft pinks and blues to icons. I've so far been unable to find quite what I need. If anyone knows of any tuts you think may be of help, please let me know. Thanks in advance!
