This is my first post here and the first tutorial i've ever done. :)
Made in Photoshop 7.0 and up [I'm pretty sure it’s translatable]
From
to
1. Prepare your base. I sharpened mine once, but that's just my preference.
2. Duplicate the base and set it to screen 80%.
3. Create a new layer. Fill it with #E8CAA3 and set this layer to Multiply 50%.
4. Duplicate your base and drag it to the top. Set this to Soft Light 70%.
5. Duplicate your base again and drag it to the top. Set this to Screen 70%.
6. Create a new Hue/Saturation adjustment layer. Set the Saturation to +35
7. Flatten your image and you’re done!
NB, The opacity of the layers in steps 2-5 will depend entirely on the image that you use, so play around with it. If it's a dark image, the opacity should be higher and vice versa.
Here are some other examples of this colouring with different opacities on the layers in steps 4+5

Feedback would be greatly appreciated, good or bad, and i'd love to see what you come up with!! If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! :) For more, please join
