Hello, this is my first post, but I have been lurking for a few months now. I know that there are always a billion posts inquiring about screencapping, but they always involve PowerDVD.

I just got a new laptop with a DVD drive, and the program on here is the Dell Media Experience. Whenever I hit "print screen," then pause it afterwards it "captures" what is on the screen when I pause it, not when I hit "print screen."

Plus, it doesn't really capture it, if the canvas is smaller than full screen, it like only shows whatever is in the dvd screen at that point, and if i move the canvas around, it shows only the part of the capture that is behind it in the dvd window.


I hope this makes sense, but I don't know what to do, and I'm kind of desperate. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
