unzipping fonts for XP help still needed xP

Hey, for a while whenever I try to download fonts it always says "The Compressed (zipped) folder is invalid or corrupt), so, its not really letting me download fonts, no matter what I'm on (1001fonts, acidfonts, dafonts, etc). So, anyone know whats going on or how to help me? BTW, I have XP and I do have winzip, I made sure.
