Alright, I did this once before but I can't remember where I got the tutorial (it wasn't here) and my favorites was wiped out when my computer crashed.
I'm trying to get this effect. I have the PSD file but there's this one layer that I can't figure out what I did.
Here are the original layers:
I redid all the steps and I got this. I couldn't recreate the layer with the '??? color burn @ 100%' because that's what I'm trying to figure out. That's what gives it the 'sketchy/watercolor' sort of look. Can anyone take a stab at what that layer might be or at least direct me to the tutorial you think it is?
