Any suggestion, please?

Hmmmmmm... I've got a base and I have doubts, can any of you try to give me some ideas?




Well, I've got this base and I'm trying to give it a sad mood (maybe blue?) and I'm planning to use one of the rain tutorials recently posted (congrats! really nice!) in the background. So my question is the following: as said before, I'm trying to provide it with a sad mood so does any of you know any tutorial on how to make it sadder (bluer??) or anything else which may look cool to your likes? I'll accept every suggestions.
