I was just wondering - does anyone know how to do the 'underwater effect' in Photoshop or Image Ready, or is it only available in Animation Shop? Also, a while ago I saw a icon where the person in it was crying, and they somehow animated it so that it looked like it was crying some more and then at the end it just kind of... shone. 8D; Can anyone tell me on how to do those effects?
