Animated icons will not save on my computer
I don’t know if this is a legitimate question for this community, but i don’t know where else to turn. I can’t learn how to make or even enjoy and save the animated icons in this or any community if they won’t save. I know that there are other people who have or have had this problem, so any help would be greatly appreciated - by many, i am sure.
My computer will not save animated pics any more (it used to though). Now it just saves it as “untitled”, and if it was animated, it is now still. I was told this is because of a flaw in my browser, and if i delete my temporary files that may help. Problem is i am such a newbie, that i don’t even know how to do that.
Also, clueless me can't even figure out how to check memories to see if this topic was ever posted before (i did read the how-to in the rules of this community).
Please – anyone. I want to save these gorgeous animated icons you are all making and learn to make them myself, but i can’t. How can i fix this problem?
