Getting rid of the "01" and the little Letter

Hello all,

I wanted to know if there was an easy way of preventing that "01" and the picture of the letter at the upper left corner of the picture when opened. I would upload a picture to give a visual, but photobucket seems to be down. I use Photoshop 7.0

I did look through all 200-odd memories under Photoshop, but didn't really find anything that could help.
