Coloring tutorial

Start with your picture/base. Make sure it isn't too dark.
I used this picture of Laura Prepon.
-Add a new layer & fill it with #0b081e, set it too exclusion 100%.
You'll get this: 
-Add another layer & fill it with #c2c3f4, set it to darken 57% (play around with the opacity).
You'll get this:
-Layers -> New adjustment layer - channel mixer
Red: 130
Green: -130
Blue: 141
Red: 8
Green: 42
Blue: 67
Red: -67
Green: 94
Blue: 100
Set the layer to saturation (legacy) 83%.
You'll get this:

-Duplicate the base and drag it to the top, set it to soft light 48% (again, play with the opacity)
You'll get this:

-Adjust – brightness/contrast - Brightness: 8, Contrast: 9.
I also colored her eyes with a light blue and set it to hue (legacy) 78%.
You'll get this:

And you're finished!
