Photoshop CS with small fonts...?

Ever since I got Photoshop CS I've had issues because all the font sizes are suddenly bigger. Garamond 2 pt now looks like Garamond 11 pt, and to get it back down to what used to be 7ish pt I have to put 1.3 pt.

Is there a way to fix it?
