Anyone have tutorials on moving from picture to picture in an icon, making text flash, and making it blink? Also what are the differences between blinking and flashing letters? I've tried the community but haven't found any of that there. Thanks! If anyone could explain them to me even, that would be very helpful. Oh, and I use PSP8 and Animation Shop.
