Cropping Question

I was looking at this tutorial: http://community.livejournal.com/icon_tutorial/341999.html

And it says you have to select "Fixed Aspect Ratio" but the only options I have are "Normal" "Fixed Ratio" and "Fixed Size" 
Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance!
