Question aout this tutorial:
In version 5 of Photoshop (and this should work in all of them, I believe), when you go to add the effect, you should get the dialogue box with the "outer glow" menu displayed. There should be the different blending modes -- hard light, soft light, screen, etc. -- and next to that drop menu there should be a little box that is that color of yellow. Just click on that box, and the color menu should open up.
What little dialog box? I use PS elements and have that same problem. :/
