001. get your image, crop it and resize it
to 100x100
002. next we're going to make a color balance layer
so you go to Layers>New Adjustment Layer>Color Balance
and you type in the following settings.
midtones: - 80, - 40, 60
highlights: - 40, 0, 11
shadows: 19, 0, -56
003. then you go to Layers>New Raster Layer
and you set the blend mode to Multiply and
the opacity 16% and fill it with #c0c0c0
004. merge all and sharpen once .
all done !
