most stupid question ever

alright. you're going to think i'm pathetic. and you are right. my ps is in spanish (i tried to install it in english but it turns to be in spanish all the time), so i can't find the "set to screen" option. told ya. pathetic. in every tutorial is the first step, and it obviously makes the pic look way better especially if it's dark, so is very useful. and i don't find it anywhere. please pleasee!! mine is photoshop 6.0, but i guess it doesn't really matter. just in case. thankyou!
