Hokay… So, I find this coloring looks best on images with a white background, but you can try it with other kinds of images too…
Step 1: Crop and prep your image by sharpening and/or lightening it. I screened mine at 60%
Step 2: New layer. Fill with 50491D and set to Exclusion around 70%
Step 3: New Selective Color layer.
REDS
C: -100
M: 0
Y: 100
B: 40
YELLOWS
C: -100
M: 0
Y: 100
B: 40
WHITES:
C: 40
Y: -100
NEUTRALS:
C: 11
Y: -6
Step 4: Duplicate your base and bring it to the top. Set it to Soft Light at 60%
Step 5: New Hue/Saturation layer. Up Master Saturation by about 20. Some images will need more, or less.
Step 6: New Brightness/Contrast layer.
Brightness: -5
Contrast: 10
And that’s all. Don't forget to play around with it ^__^
