CS3 Animation?

I know how to import video files onto CS3 and make animations with them. However, I have a .divx file that I want to use, and the only compatible formats for CS3 are .mov, .mpeg, .avi, and .mpg. Does anyone know of a video converter so I can change my .divx file into something compatible for CS3? Thanks!
