CS3 Animation tutortial?

Would anyone care to be the very definition of awesome and make a Cs3 Animation tutotial or point me int he direction of one?  I have only ever used Animation Shop for Paint Shop Pro and just located the animation button on cs3 and I have no earthly clue how to use it.
