Photoshop colouring tutorial
So here's my second tutorial for the community. Hope you like it. :)

1.) Take your image. I'm using this. Crop it to about 275x275, copy it, and paste it onto a 100x100 base, moving it around until you're satisfied with the outcome.
2.) This is optional, but I softened her skin with the Blur Tool.
3.) Layers-->New Fill Layer-->Solid Colour. Fill it with #d44876. Set it to Soft Light--Opacity 85% (or fiddle with it until it looks good on your image).
4.) Layers-->New Adjustment Layer-->Selective Colouring. These are the settings I used, but if you're using a different image, it may not look as good:
REDS:
+35
+5
+6
-30
YELLOWS:
-65
-25
+45
-60
WHITES:
0
0
0
-15
NEUTRALS:
+12
+5
-8
0
BLACKS:
+100
+100
+100
+100
Check the box next to "relative."
5.) Layers-->Flatten Image, and you're done!
