Grain/Dust
I was wondering how to acheive a dusty-ish effect sort of like this (ignore the bright spots, I'm interested in the vertical & horizontal lines):
I'd imagine they used a brush, but could the same effect be reached using normal Photoshop filters? Texture > Grain works to an extent, but doesn't quite get the same "look" they got in that image (which was cropped from a larger image - I forget where from).
So... any guesses? I'm in Photoshop 6. :)
