photoshop question

I just got photoshop elements 5 and it doesn't have selective coloring and i've heard about getting plug-ins, so is there any plug-in for selective coloring for ps5? I looked on adobe.com and just about everywhere i can think to look so any help would be amazing! Thanks!

(ps if photoshop 5 DOES have selective coloring and i just did not see it for some dumb reason could you tell me where it is lol, thanks =)
