Photoshop help?

My version of Photoshop 7 has been acting really screwy lately...
Every time I go to open it, I get this message, and then I find that all of my custom brushes/settings have been completely wiped! It's driving me insane!
Any help with what's wrong/how to correct this is greatly appreciated!
