hey, this is my SECOND icon tutorials
this one is more of a bluish effect check it ! to
for psp users translatable? idk
1) duplicate base 3 times .
set the one on very top to soft light
set the middle one to screen
set the bottom one to overlay
2) layers > new adjustment layers > curves
on curves select a point
input = 175
output = 80
3) layers > new adjustment layers > color balance
midtones = -100, 0, 100
+ make sure preserve luminance is checked click ok (:
4) wa la ! or ta da! you are finished!
