Hello! Here we go...

This will not work on every base, but if yours is kind of working but is too green, I give you some tips to try and get it right.

Step 01. Base

Choose your base. I'll be using one featuring the beautiful Alexis Bledel.

The darker your base is, the more Screen layers it will need. I suggest you add the Screen layers after you've done everything else so you can adjust it for the coloring you wish.

[NOTE: I've needed up to 5 Screen layers on bases before they look right. The thing is, after all the Screen layer, duplicate your base yet again and add a Burn layer on top of them. Opacity for the Burn layer could be around 25% but play around until it looks right. :) Instead of Screen layers you could use Curves for really dark bases. I don't recommend it for lighter ones, though.]

Step 02. Color Layers

#182109 - Exclusion 100% (Also could be Soft Light 30%)

#280E0A - Exclusion 100%

#090D21 - Exclusion 100%

Step 03. Color Balance Layer

midtones: -100, 0, 0
highlights: 14, 0, 29

Set it to Hard Light/Overlight at 100%
[duplicate this if image is too green and set it to Luminance]

Step 04. Hue/Saturation/Lightness Layer

Saturation: 30

Set it to Color at 100%

Step 05. Color Layer

#32D5FE - Burn 26%
[If your base turns too green, you can lower the opacity of delete the layer entirely.]

Step 06. Color Balance

midtones: 50, 0, -26

Set this to Color 100%

[This layer can be duplicated to offset images that are too green]

Again, play around with all the layers, the most essential one is the Saturation one but that is one of the least "problematic" layers anyway. :)

Result:

(Optional for PS) Selective Coloring. This basically enhances the coloring, but it's not necessary at all. :)

reds: -70, 0, +70, 0
cyans: +55, +35, -100, 0
neutrals: -15, 0, 0, 0
