Tut help

Two things: One, I was an idiot and accidently deleted all of my actor tutorials, like the ones used on photoshoots and public appearances stuff. Does anyone know where I can get some good ones?

And two, does anyone know how to make tutorial lists where you can click on the picture so I can save them without worrying about deleting them again (lol)? I'm not html savvy, sorry. Any help would be great!
