Help?

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone could point me to a tutorial that teaches how to make pictures look like sketches? I used to have one, but I must have deleted it ages back and for the life of me can't remember who made it. I would really appreciate the help. Thanks guys :)

EDIT: I use Photoshop. And if it helps at all, I think the tutorial I used before featured Orlando Bloom
