Programs and PSP question
I have a couple of questions one regarding graphics programs and another to help me correct an error that keeps happening to me in PSP7. I looked through the mems and couldn't find an answer. I'll put the questions behind a cut. Thanks for any help!
First off, my husband wants to buy me and new iconing program for Christmas. So we went to Best Buy and all I could find was Adobe Photoshop Elements 6. So I looked up PS CS on the net and it was extremely expensive. I wouldn't want him to spend over $100. So what I'm asking is basically... will Elements do selective coloring? Cause, I'd like to have this feature. And if it won't, is there a program for that price that will? This maybe a stupid question and if it is I'm sorry. I'd just like to know for sure before he purchased it.
Secondly, I work with PSP 7 now and I have an occasional problem that happens and I just can't figure out how to stop it. Sometimes when I've been working in PSP for a while.. and then I go to add text to an icon.. the keyboard shortcuts automatically come on and I can't figure out how to make them stop. For example, everytime I try to type the letter 'H' the Histogram window pops up. It makes me so angry! Anyone know how to fix this?
