i cropped mine to what you see above. crop it anyway you wish.
1. duplicate your base. set it to screen at 100%
2. duplicate your base again. set this layer above the SCREEN layer.
set it at soft light at 100.
3. layers > new adjustment layer > hue/saturation/lightness.
set the saturation at 28.
4. duplicate the hue/saturation/lightness layer.
5. layers > merge > merge all (flatten)
