Going from...
to
01. New Art Media Layer. Fill with #84C3F8. Set to Screen 50%.
02. Merge all.
03. Go to Adjust > Brightness/Contrast > Highlight/Midtone/Shadow.
-- Select "Relative Adjustment Method"
--- Shadow: -90
--- Midtone: -45
--- Highlight: -11
