NEUTRALS: :

Y: 0

New layer. Fill with 96FFF9. Set to Darken 50%



Duplicate base layer, desaturate, and set to Luminosity 50%



New Channel Mixer layer.

R: 76
G: 12
B: 4
Constant: 0

GREEN:
R: 10
G: 102
B: -14
Constant: 0

BLUE:
R: 42
G: -32
B: 126
Constant: 0

Set it to 35% opacity
