1. Crop your image.
2. Duplicate base and set it to Screen 100%(Well, of course it depends on your base, you may need lower opacity or duplicate again).
3. Go to layer> new adjustment layer> curves
RGB
Point one: 14/2(move lower left point to this point)
Point two: 76/102
Point tree: 158/198
Blue
Point one: 52/44
Point two: 205/229
4. Fill new layer with #272501 and set this layer to Exlusion 63%.
5. Go to layer> new adjustment layer> selective colors
REDS: -100/12/-13/4
WHITES: 30/0/-95/-52
NEUTRALS: 15/-6/-35/16
BLACKS: 6/12/-7/9
6. Go to layer> new adjustment layer> curves
RGB
Point one: 71/90
Point two: 141/173
Blue
Point one: 14/0(again just move lower left point to this one)
Point two: 199/207
7. Go to layer> new adjustment layer> curves
Blue
Point one: 33/0(again lower point)
Point two: 195/185
Point three: 247/255(this time move upper right point to this point)
Done!

1. Crop your base. Duplicate and set to Screen if necessary, but in this occasions i usually use Variations. BTW there you can also improve colors of your base to make it suit tutorial.
2. Go to layer> new adjustment layer> levels
RGB
Input: 32/1,99/203
Red
Input: 21/1,10/255
Blue
Input: 12/1.21/255
Output everywhere: 0/255
Finished!
