Choose a base. Mine is a screencap from Heath Ledger's movie "Candy."
Prep your base. Mine needed one Screen layer set at 100, and then another set at 50.
Color Balance layer:
Shadows: 87, 0, 0
Midtones: -100, 20, -48
(Leave it at Normal)
Then a Saturation layer. Saturation at 22 set to Normal or Color.
That's it. :)
