slight problem

When I opened my pscs2 this morning, it started up just fine. I restarted my comp last night and when I do that, I lose all of my brushes. I have them all saved in their own little file, so I know when I come back on ps, I can just upload them all in one shot. Well... today... they won't upload.

Anyone know what I might be doing wrong? Thanks in advance!
