1. Crop your base however you like.
2. Go to Image > Adjustments > Variations. Click on the following, in this order:
a. MORE CYAN
b. MORE BLUE
c. MORE BLUE
d. MORE CYAN
3. Up the master saturation to +30.
4. Create a new Selective Color Layer, and use these settings:
RED: -100, 0,100, 0
YELLOW: -100, 0, 100, 0
NEUTRALS: 10, 0, -20, -7
5. Take this texture
by Gender and set it to Multiply 50%.
6. Duplicate your base, and set it to Screen 100%.
7. Take this texture
by handsomexmcmustard, and set it to Multiply 70%. I resized mine a little bit so it would fit better.
8. This last step is optional. You can add whatever text/other brushes you want. I added some small scribble text in the bottom right corner and lowered the opacity to 80%.
As always, I'd like to see what you come up with. Hope you enjoyed this tut!
