Question about optimization....

Ok i read the memories and didn't find much to help me....

Is there a way to just flat out save an icon and not optimize it?Or when you optimize it why does it sometimes make the file size bigger........like this....

the original(current file) is 42K but why the heck does it INCREASE?(I'm making a mini movie icon by the way)So is there a way to not optimize it or something to make the file size smaller?Any help is appreciated! :D
