Hmm...
I'm wondering something here. I know how to make mini-movie icons using Animation Shop and PS7. I can do it, I have done it and they come out like 
this. I know it's not great, but I was only throwing something together to ask my question.. Which brings me to the question.
I see other icons out there such as

Hers has a much more fluid motion than almost any other mini-movie icon I've seen. And if you want to see other icons with the same fluid motion just check outsirenicons. No matter what I do, I can get it to flow like that.
I know siren uses ImageReady to make her mini-movie icons, could that be why they flow better? And if so, how would you go about making a mini-movie icon in ImageReady. I've read all the tutorials and they don't say anything about making a mini-movie icon in IR. I don't even know how to use IR. Anyway, I was just wondering.. Thanks in advance for your help everyone.
