Ok I'm pretty sure that this isnt in the memories...but I've been making icons for a while now...I used to use Photoshop, but now I use PSP9...my icons have been coming out rough and kind of ugly..at least in my opinion...does anyone know what i'm doing wrong..or what i can do?
see how they look kind of grain-y...how can i make them more softer? or look better? like...
