Long time Lurker, First time Poster...
Forgive me if this is an inappropriate place to ask this question, but I saw a similar one posted and thought maybe someone could help me with this...
I use PSP8 and sometimes when making pics 100x100, I just cannot get them as sharp and pretty as I think I ought to. I have tried adjusting the manner of size reduction (SmartSize, Weighted Average, etc.), but nothing works up to par for me... Is there something I should do before hand that would help?
See how the 2nd cat is all... fuzzy... and not in the pettable way? Whiskers, pupils, nose... all kind of disappearing...
