Help?

I'm wondering if someone can point me in the direction of some good background animation tutorials? Ones like the bouncing hearts and such moving behind a name. I've looked in the memories and saw plenty of animation tutorials but none like I'm looking for. If it's needed, I could find an example of what I'm talking about.

I have Paint Shop Pro X, Animation Shop 3 & Photoshop 7.0 with Image Ready. Any tutorials for either programs would be great!
