to Start with your base
1) Duplicate the base and set it to screen 100
2) Duplicate the base again and set the opacity to 50 (this is optional but my image was really dark)
3) New curves layer:
RBG:
Input – 217
Output – 222
Input – 58
Output – 68
Red:
Input – 213
Output – 225
Input – 55
Output – 52
Blue:
Input – 200
Output – 214
Input – 47
Output –55
4) New selective color layer:
Red: -100, 14, 100, 2
Yellow: 23, 13, -100, 0
Neutrals: -8, -2, -7, -5
5) New Hue/Saturation layer:
Saturation: 8
Lightness: 3
6) Another selective color layer!
Red: -3, -22, -8, 19
Neutrals: 36, 0, -11, 0
7) New Brightness/ Contrast layer - this is optional if your image is already bright enough
Brightness: 8
8) Last selective coloring layer (I promise!)
Red: -66, 10, 52, 15
Neutrals: 11, 0, 0, 0
9) Sharpen the image to your liking (optional)
10) Then I added this gradient
(I'm sorry but I don't know who made it)
and I set it to multiply at 50% opacity - you can change the opacity depending on the look you want

Note – you can mess around with the opacity on all of these to suit your image if it’s too dark or too light. This tutorial works best if your image is a little a darker.
